入排标准
入选标准
- •Systemically healthy patients
- •Age: 18-60 years
- •Mandibular molars diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis
- •VAS score 1-6 (mild to moderate pain)
- •Periapical Index Score less than or equal to 2
- •Periodontally sound tooth
排除标准
- •Systemic diseases/ allergic reactions/ pregnant or lactating mother
- •Patient had taken analgesics within last 3 days
- •Previous RCT
- •Swelling/ Sinus tract
- •Severe periodontal disease
- •Periapical radiolucency
- •Curved roots, excessively long/short root length, calcified canals
- •Patient with complications during the treatment such as broken files, over instrumentation, overfilling or incomplete filling
- •Modified dental anxiety score more than 19
