Patients undergoing arthroscopic shoulder surgery
Patients with American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status I,II,III : healthy patients (I), controlled hypertension and diabetes, uncontrolled systemic disease including uncontrolled diabetes (III)
American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status IV, V
Children under 18 years old
Adults more than 70 years old
Pregnant

Coagulopathy
Unstable cardiac disease, congestive heart disease, cardiomyopathy
cerebrovascular disease,
Systemic Infection, infection on skin at block site
chronic pain disorder
