Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.60 participants both male and female with non specific low back pain with duration 3 or more months.
- •2\.Age group: 18\-30 years.
- •3\.Participants with minimum to moderate disability (upto 40%) on Oswestry disability index and pain intensity 1\-6 on VAS.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Subjects diagnosed with\-
- •1\.Spondylosis, Spondylolisthesis and Ankylosing spondylosis.
- •2\.Radiculopathy.
- •3\.Spinal tumors.
- •4\.Spinal Infection.
- •5\.Previous spinal surgery.
- •6\.Gynaecological problem or any other pathological condition.
