Inclusion Criteria
1.60 participants both male and female with non specific low back pain with duration 3 or more months.
2.Age group: 18-30 years.
3.Participants with minimum to moderate disability (upto 40%) on Oswestry disability index and pain intensity 1-6 on VAS.
Exclusion Criteria
Subjects diagnosed with-
1.Spondylosis, Spondylolisthesis and Ankylosing spondylosis.
2.Radiculopathy.
3.Spinal tumors.
4.Spinal Infection.
5.Previous spinal surgery.
6.Gynaecological problem or any other pathological condition.
