Young adults aged 18-23 years who underwent the Fontan surgery for at least 1 year
- A patient who can communicate with others and understand and answer the research questionnaire
- Patients without cognitive impairment who consent to participate in this study
- Those who can continue to participate in this program
- Patients who are unable to complete the questionnaire due to their inability to communicate with others
- Patients who are unable to participate in this study due to poor health and general conditions
- Patients who are unable to perform high-intensity exercise: Those 1) with a moderate or higher decrease in myocardial contractility on echocardiography or magnetic resonance imaging performed within 12 months of the study; 2) exhibiting dilatation of the aorta, including the ascending aorta, by more than 4 cm; 3) having a history of exertional syncope; and 4) having a history of ventricular arrhythmias during exercise.
