Inclusion Criteria
1) Adults aged 18–70 years; 2) persistent LBP ( that is pain in the region between the iliac crests and the ribs that has been present for greater than 3 months); and 3) sufficient English language skills to complete questionnaires and comprehend/participate in interactive education sessions within the UPLIFT program.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Contraindications for exercise; 2) recent spinal surgery; 3) active inflammatory conditions (such as rheumatoid arthritis); and 4) neurological conditions.
