Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age: 60 years and above, willing to participate in the trial and to receive intervention.
- •2\.Self\-reported cognitive complaints or their caregiversâ?? complaints.
- •3\.Scoring of 26 or above in MOCA,
- •4\.No medical/ psychiatric history with cognitive impairment (Dementia, TBI, Stroke)
- •5\.Able to hear, read and write simple sentence with or without any aids.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Dementia or objective cognitive impairment
- •2\.MOCA score below 26
- •3\.Neurological or psychiatric diseases
- •4\.Acute musculoskeletal diseases or recent fractures
- •5\.Malignancy
