Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Belonging to old age group of 60\-80 years
  • •Seeking medical services at IPD and OPD’s.
  • •able to speak and understand Kannada or English

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Physical disability\-which doesn’t allow them to participate in Multi\-Modal Intervention.
  • •Who are terminally ill
  • •Who are not willing to participate in the study
