Inclusion Criteria
Suspected case of Pulmonary Tuberculosis as defined by RNTCP:
-Persistent fever without a known cause and/or unremitting cough >2 weeks
-Weight loss of > 5% / no weight gain in the past 3 months
-H/o contact wit an infectious case of TB
Exclusion Criteria
Child who has received Antitubercular therapy including 2nd line drugs for more than 72 hours
