Inclusion Criteria
persistent fever without a known cause and_or unremitting cough more than 2 weeks and_or weight loss pf 5% or no weight gain in past 3 months and_or history of contact with infectious TB cases
Exclusion Criteria
children who are on antitubercular therapy for more than 7 days or who can expectorate sputum
