Patients undergoing spinal fusion surgery in Konkuk University Medical Center and agreed to participate this study
1. American society of anesthesiologist classification > 3
2. Age < 19, > 80
3. Patients diagnosed neuromuscular disorder
4. Allergy to neuromuscular blocking agents or anesthesic agents
5. Family history of malignant hyperthermia
6. Decreased renal function (Serem creatine over twice than normal range, urine output < 0.5 ml/kg/hr, Glomerular filtration ratio < 60 ml/hr)
7. Previous spine surgery
