Inclusion Criteria
Adults, adults and patients capable of giving consent, of all genders, up to 90 years of age. Primary knee replacement between 2007 and 2019. Follow-up interval of at least 24 months
Exclusion Criteria
Age <18 years at the time of the examination, dementia, arthrodesis after endoprosthesis removal, replacement of the prosthesis, arthrodesis of the upper ankle or other location of the foot, growing skeleton, known bone metabolic disorders, paresis.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Pain reduction / relief after at least 24 months in both groups (osteoarthritis vs. arthritis (rheumatism)). Evaluation of the existing X-ray images, evaluation of operation data, drug history, follow-up (clinical examination).<br>
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Change in quality of life post- and preoperatively, economic consequences, subsequent therapies (operative / conservative), time of replacement surgery, change in bone density compared to the healthy foot, influence of the insurance status. Clinical scores (AOFAS, EFAS score, VAS, SF 36, WOMAC, KSS), clinical and radiological examination of the knee joint, bone density measurement, recording of laboratory parameters d. Bone metabolism (calcium, CRP, phosphate, vitamin D level), recording of co-morbidities / risk factors, insurance status.
