1.Patient posted for perineal surgery
2.ASA class 1 and 2 patient of both sexes
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with spinal deformity/ coagulation disorder/thrombocytopenia/infection at site
2.Patients having local anaesthetic allergy
3.Patients receiving anticoagulant therapy
