Inclusion Criteria
Children with cyanotic breath holding spells diagnosed by neurologist
Children who have informed consent filling by their parents
Exclusion Criteria
Children using corticosteroid drugs
Children with underlying disease such as cyanotic heart disease
Children with iron deficiency anemia
