Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA 1 and 2,
- •Undergoing ACDF(1 or 2 level) in supine position,
- •Weight 40 to 80 kgs
Exclusion Criteria
- •Known respiratory and cardiac problems,
- •Congenital Diaphragmatic problems,
- •Local sepsis,
- •Bleeding diathesis,
- •Lack of informed consent,
- •Hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics,
- •Obese patients.
