Inclusion Criteria
inclusion criteria: the burned patients between 15 and 60 years old, with less than 30%, degree 2 burning in lower extrimities.
exclusion criteria: addiction to drugs, more than 30% burning, burning more than or less than 2 degree, pregnant patients, chronic use of analgesic, patients with history of GI bleeding, use of thrombolitics, patients with dispepsia, patient with liver diseases, and patients with renal diseases.

Name Time Method Pain relief at dressing exchang. Timepoint: At dressing exchange and the hours of 1,3,6 and 12 after dressing exchange. Method of measurement: Pain nomination with VAS questionnaires.

Name Time Method Incidence of nausea and vomiting. Timepoint: Observation within dressing exchane untill 12 hours. Method of measurement: History and Observation.
