Inclusion Criteria
Patients with symptoms of Sthaulya.
BMI > 25kg/m2 & up to 39.9 kg/m2.
Waist hip ratio > or equal to 0.95 in males & > or equal to 0.8 in females.
Patient of either sex aged between 20-60 years
Exclusion Criteria
BMI more than 40kg/ m2.
Known case of hypothyroidism, diabetes mellitus, Cushing syndrome etc.
Other systemic diseases which interfere with the course of treatment.

Name Time Method - The outcome will be assessed on the basis of: <br/ ><br>Hampered movements <br/ ><br>Difficulty in sexual inntercourse <br/ ><br>breathlessness <br/ ><br>debility <br/ ><br>over sweating <br/ ><br>foul smell <br/ ><br>excessive hunger <br/ ><br>excessive thirst <br/ ><br>excessive sleep <br/ ><br>Timepoint: outcome will be evaluated every 15th day for 90 days
