1. Mild cognitive impairment as assessed by the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) Thai version, with a cut-off score between 18 and 25.
2. Absence of depression as assessed by the Thai Geriatric Depression Scale: TGDS-15, with a cut-off score of less than 6.
3. Proficiency in reading and writing Thai without hindrance to research participation.
4. No physical conditions that would impede participation in the research.
5. No participation in cognitive stimulation programs in the past 6 months, or participation in such programs for no more than one continuous week, such as brain training groups or elderly clubs.
6. Willingness to cooperate in the research with a participation rate exceeding 80%.
7. Capability to provide informed consent independently.
Presence of physical or psychiatric conditions that impede participation in the research.
