1. Male and female aged 60 years and over, with one family member aged 20 years and over, who are able to participate in studies.
2. The older adults took the MMSE-Thai version of the test and received a score less than or equal to 14 points.
3. Be able to help oneself. Barthel ADL Index score of 12 or more.
4. No depression. GDS-6 scores less than 2 points.
5. Ability to see and hear normally and understand the Thai language.
1. Older adults and family members wish to withdraw from the study.
2. Participate in activities for less than 14 sessions.
