Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Adult patient undergoing elective abdominal surgery under general anesthesia requiring intubation
- •2\. patients who have given written informed consent to participate in this study
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. known congenital deformity/syndrome.
- •2\. oropharyngeal pathology.
- •3\. Craniofacial anomalies.
- •4\. patient at higher risk of pulmonary aspiration.
- •5\. patient with known cardiovascular, pulmonary,
- •hepatic, renal, neurological,
- •endocrinologicaldisease.
- •6\. A known/predicted difficult airway
