Patients undergoing elective irreversible electroporation of the liver
Age 18-85 years
Informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
Emergent surgery
ICU patients
COPD GOLD III/IV
Anticipated difficult airway
MP III/IV
Previously diagnosed with difficult airway.
Pre-existing atelectasis.
