Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Multigravida mothers with at least one live birth
- •Multigravida mothers with no high risk factors
- •Singleton pregnancy, term gestation
- •Mothers who are literate in kannada
- •Mothers who have access to a smart phone within family
- •Mothers who uses whatsapp for communication on her mobile device
Exclusion Criteria
- •For Antenatal Study
- •\-Mothers not willing to exclusively breast feed for 6 moths
- •\-Mothers who have exclusively breast fed their babies for 6 moths i previous pregnancies.
- •\-Mother with retroviral disease and COVID\-19 illness.
- •\-Mothers prevoously educated with video on breastfeeding technique.
- •For Postnatal Study
- •\-Mothers Who are not able to breastfeed within 48 hours after delivery.
- •\-Mothers with postpartum complication admitted in intensive care unit.
- •\-Primary Lactation Failure.
- •\-Mothers on drugs contraindicated for breastfeeding.
