Inclusion Criteria
Patients with anterior skull base meningioma requiring either transcranial resection or an endoscopic transnasal surgery
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with concurrent lesions elsewhere in brain
2. Patients with a known psychiatric disorder / received radiation
3. Undergone prior brain surgery
