Inclusion Criteria

Patients aged 18 years or above undergoing Buccal Mucosal Graft harvest for any indication.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients not giving consent

2. Patients with oral sub mucosal fibrosis

3. Active smokers

4. Patients with known drug allergy to local anesthetic drugs

5. Patients with severe cardiovascular compromise
