Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Subjects who are fit for basti karma after proper evaluation
  • •Subjects with controlled diabetes mellitus type 2 (HbA1c upto 7\.0gm%)
  • •Subjects with controlled hypertension(BP 140/90mm hg)
  • •Subjects with obesity with class 1 category( BMI 34\.9\)
  • •Subjects with janusandhigata vata with chronicity less than 10 year.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Subjcets with any congenital bony deformity.
  • •Subjcets of amavata, vatarakta, janu sandhigata vata due to abhigata.
  • •Janu sandhigata vata secondary to endocrine dysfunction.
  • •Subjcets with diabetes mellitus type 1\.
