1. Age more than or equal to 40 years
2. Best corrected Visual Acuity more than equal to 20/40
3. Patients with age related cataract and Primary Open Angle Glaucoma
4. IOP more than 21 mmhg on 2 or more topical medications
5. Willing to participate and give a written informed consent
1. Age less than 40 years
2. Best corrected Visual Acuity less than 20/40
3. Patients with Angle Closure Glaucoma or Secondary Glaucoma
4. use of Pilocarpine, Rho-kinase inhibitors within 6 weeks
5. Patients with previous eye surgery
6. Not willing to participate or give a written informed consent.

Name Time Method To evaluate the IOP lowering efficacy of Aqueous Angiography guided minimally invasive Glaucoma surgery- Bent Ab Interno Needle Goniectomy (BANG) in patients of Primary Open Angle Glaucoma undergoing phacoemulsification cataract surgery.Timepoint: 6 months
