Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •\* \> 1 week postnatal , \* 16 years
- •\* TBI with Glasgow Coma Scale rating \* 9\.
- •\* TBI with one or more of the following symptoms:
- •subdural, epidural, subarachnoidal bleeding, infarct of brain tissue.
- •skull fracture
- •retinal bleeding
- •\* Hospitalization with or without intensive care
- •\* Informed consent parents
Exclusion Criteria
- •\* Age \> 16 years
- •\* Neonatal intracranial haematomas
- •\* Brain tumors
- •\* Haematomas during tumor surgery procedures
- •\* Congenital brain malformation
- •\* Non compliance of child or parents
