Inclusion Criteria
Satisfaction of the person to enter the study
GFR < 90
All hospitalized children over 3 years with moderate gastroenteritis symptoms
Absence of chronic disease
Exclusion Criteria
Lack of cooperation during the study
Intolerance to medication
Inability to swallow pills
Allergy to the drug Montelukast
