Age: 40 To 80 Years

Patient Undergoing Abdominal Hysterectomy

Gender: Female

ASA Physical Status Ð?, Ii & Iii

BMI <= 30kg/M2

Exclusion Criteria

Patients Refusing Consent

BMI >30 Kg/M2

Age >80 Years <40 Years

Peripheral Neuropathy

Allergy to Local Anesthetics

ASA Physical Status > Iii

History of Acid Peptic Disease

Hypersensitivity to Any Component of Patch or Injection.

Contraindications of Regional Anesthesia

Local Site Infection

Coagulation Disorder

Previous Nerve Injury

Psychiatry Illness

Uncoperative Patient.
