Inclusion Criteria

  • A person who agreed to participate in this study and voluntarily signed a written consent form
  • - Adults between the ages of 19 and 39 (including both male and female)
  • - endurance athlete
  • - National biathlon and cross-country skiing athlete

Exclusion Criteria

  • - An athlete who is unable to train normally due to an injury.
  • - Athletes who cannot perform the training program normally due to participation in international competitions.
  • - who did not consent to the study.
