Inclusion Criteria
- •A person who agreed to participate in this study and voluntarily signed a written consent form
- •- Adults between the ages of 19 and 39 (including both male and female)
- •- endurance athlete
- •- National biathlon and cross-country skiing athlete
Exclusion Criteria
- •- An athlete who is unable to train normally due to an injury.
- •- Athletes who cannot perform the training program normally due to participation in international competitions.
- •- who did not consent to the study.
