- •All of patient with bladdre spasm after open prostatectomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •Opium and anti depressent and narcotic drug user
- •General anesthesia
- •Oversensivity to Tolterodine and Diazepam
- •Unstable hemodynamic state
- •Severe ischemic heart diseases
