Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • All of patient with bladdre spasm after open prostatectomy

Exclusion Criteria

  • Opium and anti depressent and narcotic drug user
  • General anesthesia
  • Oversensivity to Tolterodine and Diazepam
  • Unstable hemodynamic state
  • Severe ischemic heart diseases
