1.Patient Refusal.

2.Adults in age group 21-50 years.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patient refusal.

2.ASA(PS) 3&above.

3.Age <21 and >50 yrs.

4.Neurological deficit.

5.History of allergy to propofol,metoclopramide and granisetron.

6. History of taking any analgesics before surgery.

7.History of diabetes or hypertension.

8.History of Cardiovascular or respiratory disease.

9.Morbid obesity.

10.Emergency surgery.
