- •1.Patient refusal.
- •2.ASA(PS) 3&above.
- •3.Age <21 and >50 yrs.
- •4.Neurological deficit.
- •5.History of allergy to propofol,metoclopramide and granisetron.
- •6. History of taking any analgesics before surgery.
- •7.History of diabetes or hypertension.
- •8.History of Cardiovascular or respiratory disease.
- •9.Morbid obesity.
- •10.Emergency surgery.
