- •1.Systemically healthy people with moderate to severe pigmentation based on Dummetts Index (1964).
- •2.Patients above 18 years of age.
排除标准
- •1.Pregnant and lactating mothers.
- •2.Family history of skin cancer.
- •3.Fully edentulous patients.
- •5.Patients who are taking medications that influence gingival colour.
- •6.Patients with any systemic disease that may induce production of melanin.
- •7.Patients allergic to Glutathione or Vitamin C.
