Inclusion Criteria

  • Male and female subjects identified with Osteo Arthritis condition Age: 30 to 65 years Subjects ready to give consent for participating in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Those who have severe knee injury Those who had participated in any study with yoga intervention in last 6 months Subjects undergone any surgery at knee.
  • Subjects having any other severe health conditions that may interfere with the yoga practices of the requirements of the study.

Osteo arthritic pain

Knee injury and osteoarthritis outcome Score
