- •ASA I&II patients undergoing laproscopic surgeries under general anaesthesia lasting up to two hours requiring endotracheal intubation
排除标准
- •Difficult laryngoscopy or more than 1 attempt at intubation,patients on steroid or NSAID,pre existing pharyngeal or laryngeal disease,upper airway surgeries,surgeries requiring insertion of throat pack intra operatively,more than one attempt to pass orogastric or nasogastric tube,patients refusing consent
