Brief Summary

Presepsis and Procalcitonin demonstrated good predictive ability for bacteremia in patients suspected of infection. Using the cut-off values determined in our analysis, we achieved a clinically useful NPV. PSEP and PCT may be useful for ruling out bacteremia.
