- •Subjects willing to participate
- •Literate Adults
Exclusion Criteria
- •Those who are on regular medications like of Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus \& Hyperthyroidism/Hypothyroidism etc.
- •Subjects with chronic history of digestive disorders like IBS and peptic ulcers etc.
- •Those who are having Aama Lakshana(symptoms of indigestion)
- •Subjects who are unable to respond.
- •Non\- Cooperative
- •Subjects with psychiatric illness.
