Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients given diagnosis of Major Neurocognitive Disorder by DSM\-5 Criteria who have a routine follow up at Psychiatric out patient department at Srinagarind Hospital
  • •2\. At least one of following symptoms in Neuropsychiatric Inventory (NPI) . Disinhibition, aberrant motor behavior or Appetite and Eating Behavior.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients with comorbidity of Substance use disorder, Delirium, Bipolar disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Antisocial Personality Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
  • •2\. Patients who primarily live in nursing care or institutions.
