Patients undergoing bilateral 3rd molar surgery
- Patient with no associated pathologies and medical conditions or on any medications that might alter the healing potential- ASA 1 and 2
- Patients with no allergy to diclofenac and dexamethasone
1.Medically compromised patients
2.Patients with unilateral impacted third molars
3.Patients on preoperative analgesic or anti-inflammatory medication
4.History of any systemic diseases.
5.Patient with history of known allergy to medication
6.Pregnancy
