- •Patients undergoing bilateral 3rd molar surgery
- •- Patient with no associated pathologies and medical conditions or on any medications that might alter the healing potential- ASA 1 and 2
- •- Patients with no allergy to diclofenac and dexamethasone
排除标准
- •1.Medically compromised patients
- •2.Patients with unilateral impacted third molars
- •3.Patients on preoperative analgesic or anti-inflammatory medication
- •4.History of any systemic diseases.
- •5.Patient with history of known allergy to medication
- •6.Pregnancy
