旨在探讨择期神经外科手术 PACU 期低体温发生及相关危险因素分析，初步构建神经外科手术 PACU 期低体温危险因素的预测模型，通过预测低体温的发生，提前做好保温措施从而为维持术后正常体温，降低术后并发症，改善患者的临床结局提供理论支持。

入选标准
- •1.择期神经外科手术的全身麻醉患者；
- •3.术后气管插管拔管后入 PACU。
排除标准
- •1.术前已存在发热或低体温的患者；
- •2.术中需进行低体温技术；
- •3.明确诊断为汗腺功能障碍者；
- •4.患者重要信息记录不全者
- •5.术中明确发生低体温者。
