To determine the duration from administration of sugammadex or neostigmine to recovery from muscle relaxation recorded on train of four ratio to 0.9.Timepoint: from induction of anaesthesia to recovery.

To compare the length of stay in the operating room & post – anaesthesia care unit following administration of sugammadex & neostigmine.Timepoint: 1. from the time of induction to shifting of patient to ward after complete recovery in post anaesthesia care unit. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>;To compare safety profile by assessing adverse events like post operative nausea & vomiting ,shivering, hypoxia & hypotension.Timepoint: From the time of shifting to post anaesthesia care unit then every 5 minutes till shifting to ward after complete recovery.
