Inclusion Criteria

1) Age 21-60 years.

2) Patients of both sexes.

3) Patients having TSH level greater than 5mIU/L to less than or equal to 50mIU/L.

4) Patients having clinical features of Mandagni with Heena Pitta, Kapha-Vata Vridhi (Hypothyroidism).

5) Diagnosed cases of Mandagni with Heena Pitta, Kapha-Vata Vridhi (Hypothyroidism) with or without Levothyroxine will be included in the study.

6) Patients having BMI >25

7) Patients fit for Basti karma & Vamana Karma.

Exclusion Criteria

1) Uncontrolled Blood Sugar and Hypertension.

2) Pregnancy and Lactation.

3) Any other condition/medication which may interfere with the intervention.

4) Patients unfit for Basti Karma & Vamana Karma.
