简要总结
The study aims to examine the pre and post test of certain variables to analyse the effect of training on Yo -Yo intermittent Recovery performance of University level Soccer players. A total 32 university level Soccer players, age range between 17-25, from Visva-Bharati University would be selected using Purposive random sampling technique for this Quasi-experimental single-group pretest-posttest study design. in the present study prior to the training and after giving Soccer training interventions for 12 weeks period, the researcher will assessed the Acummulated distance, Cummulative time and VO2 max of the subjects on Yo Yo Intermittent Recovery Performance. Dependent ’t’ test will be used as inferential statistics for analysis and interpretation of data.
