- Brief Summary
Before receiving MDT care at visit 1(month 0), the patient's adherence was low, knowledge scores were low, with a high percentage of seizure frequency, and high number of DRPs, and low quality of life scores. Subsequently, after receiving MDT care at visit 2 (month 3) the patient's adherence scores, and knowledge scores were increased, the percentage of seizures decreased, and the total number of DRPs decreased. Quality of life increases compared to before visit 1 (month 0) and after visit 3 (month 6).

1. The patients aged 18 years or older
2. Diagnosed with epilepsy by a physician
3. The patients had to receive antiepileptic drugs for at least 1 month and continue antiepileptic drugs for a minimum of 6 months
4. The patient had the ability to read and write the Lao language
5. The patient was agreeable to being the participant and willing to provide a written informed consent form.
1. Patient who has co-morbid: cancer, psychiatric, or neurological diseases
2. Pregnancy patients
3. Mentally retarded patients who cannot give information
