Inclusion Criteria
•Males and Females
•Age between 18 to 25 years old
•Individuals with idiopathic scoliosis
•Not using any brace
•Voluntary participation
Exclusion Criteria
•History of surgical correction of the spine.
•Currently receiving other exercise for scoliosis.
