- •BMI 18- 35

- •Mallampati IV
- •Sternomental distance less than 12 cm
- •Thyromental distance less than 6 cm
- •Small mouth opening less than 3 finger breadth
- •Limited head rotation and neck extension
- •Known gastroesophageal reflux
- •Presence of Anterior neck mass
- •Facial fractures obstructing the airway
