- •Patients posted for elective surgery under general anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation
- •Modified Mallampatti classification I & II
- •ASA physical status I & II
- •BMI < 25kg/ m2
排除标准
- •Patient refusing for consent , BMI >30 , Restricted neck movement , mouth opening < 2.5 cm , edentulous, loose, or missing teeth , cervical spine abnormalities, history of gastro-esophageal reflux , hiatus hernia , pregnancy, full stomach, having pharyngeal pathology
