Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Sports players selected in the Yenepoya university team
- •Sports players: football, volleyball, basketball, badminton
- •3 or more years without serious musculoskeletal injury
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any orthopaedic, neurological or cardiovascular injuries
- •Any present musculoskeletal or history of major injury in hip, knee, ankle and back
