1. Stroke patients
2. First time supratentorial stroke
3. Stable Medical condition
4. Age < 75 years
5. Time : subacute onset 4 weeks †6months after stroke onset
6. Ability to stand
1. Additional orthopedic impairment in ambulation
2. Predictable compliance problems
3. Medical conditions such as impaired heart function, could contraindicate physical training, NYHA class II-IV
4. MAS > or = 3
5.Joint contracture/Wounds at lower extremity/Amputation of lower extremity
6. History of arthritis or althralgia in previous 6 months
7.Cannot ambulate since before stroke onset
8. TMSE <,= 23
9.Pathology at brain stem, cerebellum
10. Uncontrolled seizure
11. History of peripheral vascular disease
12. Uncontrolled BP (SBP>200, DBP>110)
13. Uncontrolled Blood sugar (BS>250)
14. Severe osteoporosis
